Sausage Roll Sunday

​This has been on my lockdown too do list for at least a couple of weeks. At my age, I have never made any! Having consulted my Guernsey Mum. Yes, I do have one and she is a retired cookery teacher. When I lodged with her for a few months she kindly taught me some valuable skills in the simple things, but the tasty ones. So with a quick conversation over Whatsapp, I was eager to give these a bash. I've added apple and onion to my ingredients and that's about it. This may not be a framing post and they will be coming. If you need to be creative there are many other options to keep you shining bright and keeping positive.
